*Back to School Night!

Our church (God's House of Prayer & Eber, Inc.) (GHOPE) is having a "Back to School Youth Explosion, Jesus Rocks!" on Saturday, August 23, 2008. FYI, we are tax exempt. There will be a gospel Idol contest, games, food, and fun. For prizes, we are providing school supplies.

 We are asking for school supply donations such as:

scissors
glue sticks
colored pencils
colored magic markers
crayons
3 ring binders
(two inch and 3 inch)
3, 4 and 5 subjects note books
black/white notebooks (Marvels)
backpacks (durables)
notebook paper (college rule and wide rule)
calculators
colored file folders (inner paper holders)
jump drives; memory sticks
rulers (clear)
poster board paper
etc.

*Life Enriching Announcement

Life enriching announcement for the children, youth and young people; older people feel free to grab hold of the children's authoritative power source. The word of God and authority from God for his children.

Word of knowledge for GHOPE children (Matt 18:10), friends, and family:

Children you are a very very important part of God's house. He made you so special he noted your importance for all humanity who cares to read it in His book.  He wrote in history your authority, your connections to him. Your angels do always behold the face of God...Let us read it in: Matt 18:10. It reads: "Take heed that you despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, that in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven."

I ask you to pray because you stand with mighty authority. When challenges or troubles come your way (in the form of peer pressure, mind pressure or school subject pressure) know that you have access granted to you by God himself. You have access. Help me wake up the adults...pray for them to realize that they have access to act upon the gifts and talents God has birthed in them by his stripes.

Can you imagine God doing such a strange thing as having children minister to adults the word from God. Halleluiah, Halleluiah! Glory halleluiah!!
